Today's lunch was at Sosaku Japanese Restaurant DANK (^｡^) The kaiseki meal changes daily and comes with sweetfish and mozuku, so we had a slightly richer kaiseki meal! First of all, from the preparation, the flounder, Kanpachi, and real tuna are small but fresh. +.d(´∀︎`*) Good!! The tuna is also delicious! The appetizers include boiled eggplant and wakame, pork with egg, Japanese mustard greens, and tofu with ankake sauce, all of which have a gentle dashi soup with a citrus scent! Rice, pickled vegetables, and red soup stock were served, and there were two grilled dishes, sweetfish served with basil and fava bean sauce, and grilled mackerel with garlic.The sweetfish had a good amount of fat.The marriage of the liver and basil sauce was unexpected, but this... Yes! The extra rice topped with Jako miso is grilled with garlic mackerel, and the marriage of firm mackerel and sweet and spicy garlic sauce is surprisingly delicious!
