I’ve been trying to get around to all the coffee shops in the area and I started here. The shop is pretty small but it is super adorable. I do think it would be annoying to try to find parking but if you walk it’s not a problem. I tried the get figgy with it and it is amazing. All of their drinks sounded great and pretty creative so I definitely want to go back and try more. It’s really cool having more then just the typical coffee shop options. Staff was super friendly and I was served quickly. If you bring your own cup for coffee or bring back one of their glass jars you get a dollar off. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

DayDrink is a hidden Iowa City jem!! The coffee and matcha are superbly delicious, not to mention their customer service is impeccable. I love the small, cozy atmosphere. Don’t be shocked if you come in during a busy rush, coffee this good should be shared. The wait is worth it! Also, if you plan to take your drink to go, expect to purchase a $1 cutie reusable jar, if you forget your favorite tumbler at home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quirky fun spot. Loved the 90s theme. My cortado came in a jam jar, I approve of the glassware. The coffee was good. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable Parking: Parking situation is unclear. We parked in the apartment lot behind the coffee house.
