Though the counter service is friendly, i’ve yet to have an order be done in the time shown on the app, often waiting approx 20 minutes longer than told. Additionally, yesterday i witnessed a very friendly cashier take a pizza order, provide change, etc, and THEN tell the customer “we’re really busy right now so it’s going to take a little longer than usual. Probably 25 minutes.” Why not tell the customer first??? Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
