Stopped in here for a quick sandwich, but was enticed by the salad bar. It's your usual shop trying too hard to have the "bistro" look that just doesn't work in Oklahoma. The soundtrack was 80s themed today, which was an interesting choice but hey, I love 80s music! The salad bar was super fresh and had more options than the usual salad bar. I love when I can get spinach and by pass the iceberg! Lots of meat options such as ham, tuna, pepperoni, grilled chicken, turkey and possibly more. They had a large array of dressings but I went straight for the ranch and didn't look at the others. The salad I put together reminded me on the ones I would live on in college at the Italian restaurant in the dorm. I was able to put all my favorite random toppings together and it tasted just like I was 18 again living off my meal plan. I ordered a Togo turkey panini for dinner (busy day) and it was still amazing out of the fridge a few hours later. They catered the desserts for an event I attended a few years ago for a museum. They created the most adorable mummy themed cake that tasted just as amazing as it looked! Their cupcakes rocked as well! If your in the Shawnee area, visit this little hole in the wall haven hidden behind a gas station, you won't be disappointed!
