I visited D'Cost with my family of five around 7 PM on a national holiday. The place was quite busy, and it seemed like they were understaffed for the holiday rush. Service was rather slow; two portions of rice arrived early, while the remaining three only came after we followed up with the server. We had an issue with the Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Terasi) being undercooked, as it was still pink/bloody inside. However, the staff was very responsive when I complained. They immediately went to the kitchen and ordered a fresh replacement for us, though this meant we had to wait again. On a positive note, the rest of the dishes were delicious. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was tasty, and the Grilled Gourami with soy chili sauce was exceptional. A decent experience overall, though service speed could be improved.
