The place is very nice. One of those places that are not too crowded. Favourable for introverts that don't like hanging out with a big crowd. Excellent customer service at an affordable price.Unlike many Ugandan hangout spots De Outlet has clean toilets so you can go about your call of nature with no worry of getting infected. Overall I like the place
