Ordered burgers in beef (and confirmed it's in beef), only one of them, when arrived, was beef. When called to ask for a replacement minutes after the order was received, we were told it's not possible and that they'll reimburse us NEXT time we order, I kept asking why they couldn't help now but the first guy didn't really explain why he couldn't and just kept apologising. The next guy told me they're out of beef or they would send new burgers. I appreciate that the staff tried but they could have informed us beforehand that beef wasn't available. This wasn't the first time something like this happened either. The staff was apologetic, and the burgers were okay at best but the situation was a hassle and could have been avoided if they just called and informed me they don't have beef. Have tried many beef burgers in Gujranwala but this Signature Beef burger by Deckers has been the better one so far. Good taste. Good quality. The restaurant needs serious cleaning though. Ambiance wasn't good at all.
