The establishment was very disappointing. We've been here before and seemed to like everything, but this time the Derby really let us down. We booked a table in advance to watch the Euro 2020 final, arrived around 10 p.m., ordered beer and snacks. They brought beer, but no snacks. At around 11 p.m. we also ordered beer plus snacks and food, similarly, there is beer, but no food. We could barely wait for a set of rolls in the second half; they promised to bring the rest. Then they began to openly avoid us and when asked “What would you like to please?” the waitress replied “Nothing” and left. In total we waited 3.5 hours for our food!!!! and there was no wait and no apologies on this issue followed, as if this was how it should be. Even when we tried to hurry it up and after 2 hours we asked if we should refuse the order, we were told “Refuse.” Therefore, from now on I do not recommend visiting Derby to anyone who even slightly values minimal service.
