Off season, D’Frozz is one of the only restaurants that is consistently open and easily accessible. We had coffee, pastries, sorbet, and breakfast (four visits in 3 days). Strong WiFi. Many choices for breakfast , lunch, and snacks. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
