Sadly, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is inattentive at DJ Roti. Downscale service is something that guests would like to improve here. This place got negative comments because of the enjoyable atmosphere. Google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Throwing of bread onto the table after choosing with a black face and bad attitude which I chose not to engage or else the lady would have been on the losing end. Better train your staff!

PSA: Patronise the other bread shops in Tampines Central instead, or just save your money. Ordered from DJ Roti on Deliveroo and all I can say is - I’d rather flush my money down the toilet bowl next time than order from DJ Roti again. The shop didn’t even bother informing me that the Black Forest cake I ordered was out of stock. Instead, my order was simply delivered with missing items (presumably anything that was no longer in stock), and I was left to demand a refund from Deliveroo. As for the items that were actually delivered, the buns were the most dry, tasteless and stale food matter I have ever eaten. I threw away most of it as it’s simply not meant for human consumption. All their buns left me with was a taste of disgust for DJ Roti’s lack of basic decency in doing right by its customers. Safe to say, this will be my first and last time I’ll be patronising.
