I usually have a good experience with them but not tonight, I'm so disappointed.. #1 never order fries, you literally only get 5 steak fries... #2 I ordered 2 double burgers with cheese, they sent 2 single patty burgers with NO cheese... I called and they agreed to fix the problem so they sent another 2 single patty burgers that were extremely raw and red... Instead of continually calling explaining my frustrations, they lost a faithful customer...

I love dk subs but every time I order a burger with nothing on it they put everything on it. No big deal but it's kind of irritating.

Messed up my order I asked for no tomato in my salad an ONLY mayo on my ham an cheese sub which contained mayo, lettuce, tomato an banana peppers.. Im Highly allergic to tomato even after you read it back still managed to mess up my food
