DONQ, located at Kojidai in the Akashi area, is a bakery conveniently situated on the first floor of the Ekisuale Seishin Chuo shopping complex, right by the Seishin Chuo Station. Despite its prime location, this establishment is not extensively covered in popular restaurant directories, with only a sparse presence on Google.
The bakery is noted for its accessibility features, offering both a wheelchair-accessible car park and entrance, making it an inclusive spot for all visitors. It's known for a variety of freshly baked bread, with a particular focus on French-style offerings, including popular mini croissants that are sold by weight. Visitors highlight the pleasant taste and convenience of the miniature pastries, though interactions with staff have been described negatively by some.
One aspect to note is that DONQ is part of a larger chain, suggesting a standardized approach to product offerings and customer service. Weekend visitors might find the place bustling, especially around the sought-after mini items. Though operating hours remain unspecified, the bakery's moderate pricing may appeal to shoppers at the bustling complex. Overall, while taste reviews appear largely positive, newcomers should temper expectations due to the lack of recent information directly from the owners.

Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
