This is a delicious tonkatsu restaurant. My first impression was how polite and friendly the staff were. I have a very good impression of it. The customer service of restaurant staff is part of the restaurant's flavor, and depending on that impression, the taste of the food you eat will change. I thought this was a store I would like to come back to. The store was busy today, so I had to wait about 10 minutes on the waiting bench inside the store to be seated. This time, it was ``Donto's Day'', so you could eat roast pork cutlets and set meals at a low price. I came here without knowing about it, but I'm lucky. Donto Day is the 1st, 10th, and 22nd of every month. Of course, I ordered the loin cutlet set meal. With the set meal, you can have as much rice and cabbage as you like. The pork cutlet I had this time was loin meat, but it was about 1cm thick and when I bit into it, it was soft and juicy and had the best taste. Served with mustard, shichimi and special tonkatsu sauce in a sachet, or special garlic soy sauce tonkatsu sauce. I liked the special tonkatsu sauce topped with mustard, but if you like cutlets with sauce, you might like the special garlic soy sauce. It had a punchy flavor with a hint of garlic. The sesame seeds are the type I make myself in a small mortar. Eat by adding the sauce directly to the ground sesame seeds. Grinding creates a fragrant sauce. The quantity was just right, but this time I got free refills, so I ordered rice and cabbage. It was a great satisfaction. Today is Don't Day, but even on normal days, you can enjoy a reasonably priced lunch menu until 3pm. Of course, you can have any refills of rice and cabbage. postscript I used to grind sesame seeds with a mortar. Surigoma is ready It's convenient, but freshly ground sesame seeds were also good.
