Went twice during a recent vacation in Merida. First time my cappuccino was delicious and I went back 2 days later hoping for another. My cappuccino was very watery. I asked that they redo it and to their credit, they agreed, although the barista was not too happy about it. At the price one pays, I expect more than a watery drink. Barista remade it equally badly. Watery warm milk with espresso. That is not a cappuccino. I think the barista perhaps was new, but the management should pay closer attention. Consistency is important to a business and for a tiny place such as this, quality of their coffee should be key to their success. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
