This place has the best calizones imaginable. The variety of toppings options is extensive, and they are really reasonable priced. Its often pretty empty inside but its clean and the food is delicious. I ordered 4 calzones through the app for my friends and me, and I checked in immediately afterwards because I got there by the time I ordered them. I told the staff I was here, and they said someone would call my name when it was ready. While I was already waiting for 40 minutes, a group came in, ordered, and got their food before me, which finally prompted me, after an hour, to go ask where my order was. After being ignored for maybe a minute or 2, the same girl, whom I told in the beginning that I had an online order, finally asked, "Can I help you?" I tried to be as nice as possible and be patient, only to be met with shortness or annoyance. I then told her I am wondering where my order is because it has been an hour, and she said, "Did you get a text?" I told her no, and that it's been an hour, and I don't know why it's taking so long. Without saying anything, she turns around, looks at my order, grabs it, and then talks to another worker for a little. Finally, once she's done talking, she hands it to me and walks away immediately without an apology. Beyond annoyed and pissed at the customer service. We are very impressed of how good the calzones taste. We have come the last two nights! My husband had the Oh Zone- Philly cheesesteak calzone, my son had the Cheeseburger calzone, and I had the Chicken Parmesan calzone. Tonight we added an Apple calzone to our order, which came with icing as a dip. It is not greasy at all. It did not dawn on me on how many different ways you could make a calzone!
