The one star is for the music, I suppose they play bangers to make one forget about the terrible food service. We ordered drinks that came after 10 - 15 or so mins. Mind you, there were only two other tables occupied who had their food already. The server came and informed us that the food will take about 25 mins and also that they cannot serve steak anymore because it is still frozen. Then we ordered appetizers and were told that they’ll come a bit faster. The wings I ordered were dry as if they were left in the fryer for too long, I have had better street food in Tulum. Anyway, after a while (an hour of waiting) I went to the bathroom and I saw that our food was ready and sitting on the counter. I came back, still there, five mins later, the food came. Boy, was I disappointed. I ordered medium rare lamb and it was well done, the mash was good though. Pasta was not so great either. After all this, they tried to slap us with a 20% tip. I still do not know why restaurants here add that absurd amount of tip already on the receipt depriving you of choice. If you think of eating here, run as fast as possible, you are better off with street tacos. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Would I recommend this place? NOOOO!!!! After being only customers (3ppl) in the room and ordered 2x loaded French fries and guacamole and few drinks. We got worst and slowest waiter that didn’t care that we are there. Food came cold and tasted like crap, guacamole was tasteless barely any topping on the food and the best part was it that they charged me 150pesos as service charge!!!!! I don’t recommend this place and there are so much better places with much better food and proper service oh god and not to mention that they have placed air fresheners right next to the table. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

While on vacation, I attended this establishment. Food came out over an hour after we had ordered it, and it was overcooked. The lamb was ordered medium rare, however, came out so burnt and dried out. It wasn’t even worth eating. The establishment only had one other table in it and it took over 15 minutes to get a drink delivered to the table. If I could give this a zero, I would. The pasta dishes were also flavourless. Very disappointing Price per person: $1–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
