After three failed attempts to have charcoal koay teow at Fire King, I gave up and decided to try some Malay food instead. D'Warung Kari Kari is simply great ... yummy and cheap food, friendly service and interesting atmosphere ... look at the batiks hanging on the wall and the banana trees at the back. I paid 14 ringgit for a stuffed cincaru, beef curry and egg plant. This is the Malay version of nasi padang and nasi kandar ... A must try.
