Very elegant place with original cuisine. Their dishes are very good and original, often combining Roman cuisine with fish cuisine. We tried the tapas (different mixed starters) which were very special and super tasty. As a first course we took the tonnarelli with crab (you can choose to divide a pan for two portions). For dessert we had trifle, I don't usually like sweets but that was delicious. I would stay here again! I went to eat in this wonderful restaurant in the heart of the Castelli Romani, where we were immediately served with great talent and professionalism, we immediately opted for the starters, I must say the tapas were excellent, then the king of the sea arrived, the crab! And we tasted an excellent tonnarello with crab, I practically felt at the seaside both for the aromas and flavors, a wonderful sensation! The second course was also excellent, a nice cut of tuna! Definitely an experience to be repeated. Really great atmosphere, service and food! Refined dishes, accompanied with a romantic atmosphere but also ideal for any dinner. The appetizer is good where they let you taste a bit of everything. The tuna porchetta produced by them is absolutely worth trying. The first courses, second courses and desserts are also special!
