Really good restaurant for dinner, with excellent service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 50–60 Vegetarian options: We chose two vegetarian main courses, both excellent.

We were really disappointed with the service at Trattoria Da Rafmi. Even though we ordered food, we were denied something as basic as a glass to drink our own water. When we asked politely if we could have a glass, the waiter outright said “no” in a very dismissive and rude tone—there was no courtesy, no explanation, just a flat refusal. What made it worse was that they had already brought glasses to the table, but when we declined to order their bottled water, they took the glasses away. That kind of behavior felt unnecessarily strict and honestly disrespectful. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we were paying customers just hoping to enjoy our meal and stay hydrated. The whole interaction left a really negative impression. The food might’ve been decent, but when the staff treats you poorly over something so small, it ruins the entire experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place based on the lack of basic hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30
