Rosanna is an excellent cook and has prepared an exquisite meat menu (fixed at €35) with some local specialties (tripe, olives, cremini, vincisgrassi...). Every time we eat here, we really feel at home. Francesco knows how to entertain the room very well and is very kind and available for any request. The only flaw was the wine included in the menu, but I'm sure they can also recommend excellent bottles upon request.
