Avoid this place at all costs – it’s a scam! The service was terrible. They seriously overcharge customers and try to justify it as a “service charge.” We were charged over 80% as a service fee, even though the menu clearly stated it was 15%. When we asked for the receipt, they handed us a piece of paper with the total written in pen instead of providing an actual receipt. There was no official receipt at all. We tried to discuss the situation with the owner, but she completely ignored us and refused to help. Stay away from this place. The tax authorities should really look into how this business operates. Terrible experience. We were charged an outrageous “service fee” of over 80%, even though the menu clearly stated 15%. When we asked for a receipt, we were only given a handwritten piece of paper. The owner refused to address the issue. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
