Staff was very nice through the drive thru however we spent $19 on a sandwich and macchiato which confused us because on the menu the sandwich was around $10 and coffee was only $6 dollars unless they charge $3 dollars for oat milk I don’t know where that price came from. We were going to ask about the coffee price however I suppose they make the coffee before we pay so we didn’t get the chance and after the length of the wait we just decided to cut our losses. Inferring from the price I thought it was gonna be a decent size sandwich however it was two slices of sourdough bread one piece of lettuce, an few pieces of bacon, about three pieces of thinly sliced tomato, and flavorless guacamole that was brown making the bread soggy. Not impressed Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2

Harvest Salad was thrown together with pieces of brown lettuce and very little toppings. Took 12 minutes to make salad and smoothie I ordered. There were no other customers upon my arrival so I am unsure why it took so long to throw together the salad. Will not be back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If the integrity of a business is important to you then DO NOT support DaCapo Coffee. Mark & Dee Ellsworth continually manipulate, lie, and steal from their staff. They hire staff based upon false information. They steal cash tips from their staff. They withhold cash tips in order to get their staff to comply to their demands. When you give a staff member a cash tip they are forced to put it in a jar, then Mark will “split” it amongst every single staff member of DC, and then the amount of hours you work determine the amount of tips you receive Dee Ellsworth cooks the “soup of the day” out of her own kitchen, then illegally sells it at DC. Their coffee brewers are rusted on the inside, and they REFUSE to replace them! If your coffee is ever bitter tasting that is why. Mark and Dee set their staff up to fail. They are not willing to listen. They are not willing to change for the better for the sake of their business. They will do ANYTHING to save a penny. They will do ANYTHING to keep their dirty money, and illegal activities, out of the public eye. They attempt to silence whoever tries to bring their malicious behaviors to light. The “management team” consists of Jacque Butch and Anna King— two women who will do anything to save their own tails, rather than stand up for the staff that looks up to them. They DO NOT train employees!! They throw you onto the line, and refuse to give any sort of proper guidance. They tell an employee one thing, then Dee & Mark will tell them the exact opposite. Wonder why your beverage never tastes the same? There lies your answer! Dee and Mark are condescending, belittling, insulting, and downright disrespectful to their employees. You can take one look at Jacque and Anna’s faces and see how miserable they are at their place of employment. Mark and Dee withheld a previous employee’s paycheck until she signed a paper stating she wouldn’t speak of DaCapo online. If that doesn’t show you the lengths they are willing to go in order to hide their abuse of their employees then I don’t know what will. Please, if you care for your community and the proper treatment of employees, DO NOT support DaCapo Coffee! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
