What a horrible experience! I asked for shish tawouk and after very confusing explanation about the meals I get can, the lady charged me extra money without clearly explaining why. I was fine with that but then what happened was absolutely awful. As she was picking up meat from the grill, she dropped one piece of meat on the floor (keep in mind the whole shish tawouk has a few pieces) and then pretended nothing happened - no sorry, nothing! Awful place, horrible customer service, avoid at all cost!!! Edit: The lady who responded to my review below is an absolute liar! It is really disgusting how you lied! You NEVER EVER offered any replacement as you pretended that you did not drop the food on the floor. You simply hoped I didn’t see it! Shame on you for being dishonest and this is not the way to do the business! Do NOT eat there! This is not how you do the business! Shame on you! Do NOT support dishonest businesses like this one!

Hi Dusan. Sorry your experience wasn't up to your expectations. You asked for shish tawok in pita which we don't do ( we only have it for a wrap and platter) so, you were charged for shawarma chicken and extra 2 dollars (shish tawouk costs more and is grilled to order). Yes, one piece fall on the floor by mistake and as you know mistakes like these happens, we of course couldn't use that piece. So, we offered you to grill a replacement but you refused as it will take some time. Again we are sorry that you didn't have the best experience but we always strive to serve our customers with the best food and service, so, we hope you can give us a second chance to prove that to you.
