I really like the coffee at Doubleby, everywhere I've been the baristas have been very polite and knowledgeable guys. But recently I came to a coffee shop in Aviapark. A young guy took my order. I ask: “What type of coffee will the cappuccino be made from now?” He started talking about 100% Arabica, although I asked about something else. When asked again, he answered: “Doubleby variety.” Apparently this guy was an intern and was very confused when I asked him. The cappuccino was very tasty, but I still don’t know what type of coffee it is(
