since1992. 낮에는 백반집, 저녁에는 삼겹살, 닭도리탕 등 술 한잔 곁들이기 좋은 메뉴들로 구성. 냉삼, 김치찌개 주문. 백반을 파는 집답게 반찬 가짓수가 다양하고 하나하나 손맛이 느껴짐. 냉삼은 적당한 두께로 썰려 나오고, 후추를 넉넉하게 뿌려 고기 자체의 풍미를 잘 살림. 솥뚜껑 불판 위에 노릇노릇 구워내면 고소한 냄새가 살아남. 쌈은 상추보다는 김을 추천. 김이 워낙 바삭하고 고소해서 따로 판매할 정도로 존재감 확실. 사이드로 주문한 김치찌개는 오래 끓여낸 듯 국물이 묵직하고 진하다. 잘 익은 김치의 깊은 감칠맛에 돼지고기의 고소함이 더해져 여운이 남는 맛. 전체적으로 부담 없이 즐기기 좋은, 동네에서 오래 사랑받는 이유가 분명한 집. 맛있게 잘 먹고 갑니다.
