This location is only for tour companies. Went there, it was closed to the general public. Reserve for the large tour companies.

Unfortunately our whole table is really sick overnight/ the next day, we all spent over $100 each so we spent a lot here, they also about 20 minutes after we had sat down and started ordering added two randoms onto the end of our table without asking, the only way they were able to do that was because one of our friends didn’t show up so we had 2 spare seats instead of one. Won’t be coming here again :( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Refused to honour voucher stating it was for another store only. There is no mention of location specific terms and conditions. Very disappointing. Failed to respond to request made at time of booking in regards to dining with a special needs child. HOWEVER... Food was delicious. Very timely. Lots of staff on hand with prompt service. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Fried Rice, Miso Soup and Salad, Steak
