Stopped in to try Daily Bread after walking past it a few times. There was no line and no one else around, just us, yet the two male workers didn’t greet us or acknowledge us at all. We ordered coffees, including two iced matchas. While we were waiting, we were casually deciding on pastries, and the staff kept giggling and looking over at us. It honestly felt like they were judging us, especially after we ordered matchas. The whole vibe was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was going to order a pastry as well, but the energy put me off completely so I didn’t bother!! As we left, they were still laughing, which just came across as rude and unprofessional. Overall, it made the experience pretty unpleasant, and the matcha wasn’t even worth it :/. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The hot cross buns are good but how good can a hot cross bun be, really? Go for the cardamom bun or cheese scone. Croissants are ok but not the best.
