Black Bean Corner is a quaint little restaurant in Parkview that serves delicious food and boasts with a delightful atmosphere. I ordered two items, the first was the savoury pancake and the second a slice of baked caramel cheesecake. Both of these items were delicious! The pancakes were wonderfully presented and had a delightful mouth feel. Certainly the softest, delicate pancakes I've had in my life. Not only this but the pancake was enrobed in a devine cheese and mushroom sauce! Everything works there is no ingredient that felt like it didn't belong. 10/10 The baked cheesecake, I was told is their best seller. Might I say, I agree to the fullest extent! A soft biscuit base with a creamy cheese filling. Finished at the top with a delightful caramel coating. Accompanied by a trio of sliced strawberries. One of the best baked cheesecakes I've tasted. The coffee is also great there, definitely grab a cappuccino! Service was kind and quick. Everyone was friendly and cared about how I felt about the food this type of attitude needs to be a more frequently found thing in restaurants FYI. Thanks for a wonderful time, I am definitely coming again soon! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–250
