The staff attitude was extremely disappointing. From the moment we interacted with the staff, the service felt very unwelcoming. The staff did not even bother to say a simple “thank you” to the customer and was constantly showing an annoyed and unhappy expression. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but when working in a customer-facing environment, basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained. A simple smile, polite communication, and saying “thank you” can make a huge difference to a customer’s experience. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good service is not only about the product or place itself, but also about how customers are treated. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and remind the staff about proper customer service and professionalism. Overall, the experience was disappointing mainly because of the staff’s attitude. I hope there will be improvement in the future.
