Funky little coffee shop in Rusk Texas. My Wife and I had breakfast there today 06/11/2026 which was sausage egg and cheese sandwichs on homemade roll and coffee. Outstanding quality of food, service and atmosphere. The two Ladies working there were great to chat with I must say the food was way better and cheaper that the same meal at one of the fast food places in town. If you are in the Rusk area do check this place out as you will love it. Breakfast is served Tuesday to Fridays until 9AM, I believe that is what we were told. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was a great place to stop for coffee and a bite to eat!! Loved it! We had cappuccino, tomato soup and chicken salad sandwich. Really tasty chicken salad and soup, and very friendly people. Recommend!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been a customer of the Daily Grind since I was about 13 years old. It has nearly been two decades and thus coffeehouse is still brewing strong. My favorite drink to get is a dirty chai hot during the winter and an iced chai during the summer. The grilled cheese sandwiches are great and not greasy.
