Absolutely, worst experience ever. Ordered online and the ticket wasn’t even looked at until I arrived to pick up the food, the old lady way wearing out her Facebook messenger though. Only then discover that were temporarily out of onion rings and no one could issue a refund. Service: 1

Maybe the worst exterior appearance I've seen to date. Looks totally abandoned. Not only did they keep the original name from when this was a basic burger joint back in the day, they didn't bother to touch the outside in any way. Odd choice. Makes you feel as if they want to keep this place a secret. Seems to be working - I've driven by here for years and was never totally sure this place was open for business. Only due to Yelp did I find out it was. Once inside you'll find a reasonably nice, recently updated dining area. The kitchen area however still looks like a 1970's independent burger place. When you see the menu it's somewhat of a surprise. "Dairy Dream" makes you think this is going to be a entry level hamburger place. It's not. It's a mid priced dinner restaurant that does have hamburgers on the menu if you want one, but focuses mostly on dinners. And the food? Well above average. Everyone in our party was quite happy with our meals. Issues? Waitress. Enough said. Although she was nice, she seems to be into too many different things. After we got our food we were pretty much on our own. Luckily I didn't need a refill, but another in our party did. He had to walk up to the corner of the counter that leads to the kitchen to get her attention. To make things more frustrating, once she finally finished whatever she was doing in the back that kept her from attending to anyone she made her way out to two different tables talking to people she apparently knew for the last 15 or so minutes we were there. At no point did she ever look in our direction. When we got tired of waiting for the check, we just stood at the register until someone saw us. All in all, sad way to ruin an otherwise great restaurant.
