Today I visited one of my regular Dairy Queen locations, and what I saw was really concerning. The air conditioning wasn't working, and it was unbearably hot inside. I felt terrible for the staff, who were expected to work in those conditions for hours. No one should have to endure that kind of heat while trying to serve customers. As much as I enjoy coming here, the conditions were so uncomfortable that I don't think I'll be returning until this issue is resolved. Everyone was talking about it. I hope management addresses it quickly—for the sake of both the employees and the customers. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The worst Dairy Queen I have been to. First of all clean the place, it is so dirty from the door knobs to the floors. I went to buy a cake and I asked the lady in the front about the cake I want to know if it is peanut - free. She looks unhelpful and unwelcoming. She was unprofessional. You need to train your employees properly. If she doesn't want to be there, why don't you hire other people. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not happy with the blizzard I was served - ordered a small Cookie Dough with Reese's Peanut Butter and had only 2 bites of the Reese's and 3 bites of cookie dough. For the amount of money we spend that is just sad.... usually enjoy bringing my daughter here but not going to be doing that anymore as they are stingy on putting candies in their blizzards. Any other location I've gone to always get so much more in my blizzards. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
