Many guests say that waiters serve nicely cooked onion buns, chili dogs and cheeseburgers here. Visitors don't like sundaes and chocolate frappe at this fast food. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill with takeaway dishes is good for those clients who like to have supper on the go. Most users mention that the staff is competent. Most people have noticed that the service is cool. Here you will pay low prices. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is comfortable. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Consistently HORRIBLE service, pick ups are NEVER ready on time and orders are messed up regularly. Like I thought TBell and McDonald's were bad, this place takes crap service to a whole new low. To top it off the staff doesn't even bother apologizing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Won't be going back. With no one else dining-in @ the time of ordering, and very few cars @ the drive-in, we felt confident in being able to be served quickly. 30 minutes after ordering, sitting by ourselves in the first booth directly in view of the staff, none of the 8 employees are working. When i approached them, they didnt have a clue of me ever ordering. While waiting for some type of resolution, a middle aged man, together with his son, also approached the counter demanding to speak to a manager. They appeared to be baffled by this request especially as none of the 8 could have been over 18 and none displayed any maturity in conflict resolutuion. This guy was screaming how he waited over 15 minutes for a simple bacon burger and finally received it cold and without bacon. At least his burger didnt look as if it was ran over by a semi... ours did. I normally try to say 'something' redeeming about places i review but i am at a loss trying to think of something in this case Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
