Went into the drive through at 8:25 pm and became trapped in line for almost 40 minutes unable to leave because service was so slow and the one way drive through. I understand the employees there are doing their best, but this isn't ok to trap people in line because your store isn't running properly. Reading through the other new reviews its obvious this location doesn't care about fixing their issues Service: 1

Health hazard. No soap for patrons or employees hands to be washed post bathroom usage. The bathrooms were a wreck, toilet paper balled on one and hair on the other. Soap dispenser was out so we mentioned it up front thinking they had more but didn’t know. They said they were just out of stock. Same bathroom the employees use that prepare food, and they can’t even wash hands I am not aware of any other bathroom besides this one and to me that is a major food safety risk and grossed us out. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took my Gdaughter her to get her a Vanilla ice cream cone. After waiting 7 minutes, I had to yell in the back to see if anyone was back there. The Cashier was somewhat bothered. I asked about the $7 meal deal, I also asked if I could switch the Blizzard with a regular cone. I was told No. So after I asked how much for a Chicken strip meal with a cone she said $15. I decided to leave and take my Gdaughter somewhere else. Plus the Bathrooms smelled just horrible, like sewage. I could smell it while trying to order. Parking was ample. The store seemed to appear clean beside the horrible sewer smell. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
