This is the best place near Medhane Alem Cathedral. From the visitors' viewpoint, the waitstaff is unpleasant here. Service at this restaurant is something one can call good. When you enter this place, you feel the charming atmosphere. But google users haven't given Dako Restaurant a high rating.

I had the injera with beef tibs and it was amazing! The food had a bit of spice, but was not overly hot. The dish had different types of beans and spices too. To wash it all down, I had some orange juice. Very refreshing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very rude and disrespectful staff. On top of that they got so many of my orders wrong on multiple occasions. Food was not that good either. 0/5 would not recommend Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would rate it a 0 if i could, not even deserving of the 1/5.Very rude and inconsiderate staff! The food was horrible, so were the drinks. I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine there with the horrible service they provide. I recommend looking into other plenty great cafes and restaurant in the very same building. Totally a waste of time and money!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
