Terrible service, we waited more than an hour for a plate of packets and a schnitzel (after the order was requested, thank goodness we did it!!). Despite the great disservice, the owner had a very argumentative and arrogant, not at all kind but rather grumpy and rude. He wasn't even able to offer a coffee, he didn't even think about the kind gesture...Customer Care 0.. I strongly advise against it. In Ischia there is much better. I am sorry to contradict the lady to whom we have apologized for the disservice to both her and her friend more than once. Got 10% off with free peels. So the lady should recheck the receipt... she may have thought that was the actual price! having said this we were very kind but rather than admitting our faults due to a electronic malfunction, the lady continued to be polemical, telling us that she was the customer and that as such we shouldn't even reply "we were sorry". I even got the phone from the lady to copy the billing data and she took it away from me in a bad way. Is this education? We are happy that there is better in Ischia, especially for a "lady" like you.More

People have been harsh with their reviews of Dal Pescatore. I had nothing but great service and brilliant drinks and nibbles here. It’s your standard dawn ‘til dusk Italian cafe, very useful for casual dining and a perfect retreat from the sun.
