Upon reviewing your concerns, may we ask which branch your ordered from and what quesadilla you had? We want to acknowledge this review and state the fact that in our 4 years of service we never once served any customer any ketchup. We have three different kinds of Salsas(OG, Rojo, and Taquera) if you're not familiar with the store. We kindly ask for pictures to know if the food indeed was greasy as we always remind our staff to use the proper amount of oil in the food as the cheese rarely gets in contact with our griddle for it to be greasy. Also our waiting time is a minimum of 10-15 minutes or more depending on number of orders in queue, as everything in our menu needs to be prepared per order. For you to say that it's unimaginably greasy is a bit of a stretch. Especially on our quesadillas. Also each quesadilla comes with a side of Aji Verde sauce, for you to mention that we only have Ketchup and Hot Sauce (which was not available) is very assuming. Do you even know what a Taqueria is? We accept mistakes and shortcomings, but disrespect is another thing. Try to double check your statement the next time you make assumptions about an establishment.More
