I expressed to her that one of my favorite places that I have gone to for over 30 years was Dandino's Supper Club, and even though they've had some up and downs over the recent years I have always supported them and would dine there..
As a thank you for my services she recently in June gave me a $100 gift certificate to Dandino's and I was so looking forward to using it..
My wife and I dined there the other night and when we gave the gift certificate to the waitress she came back a few minutes later and told us the new Management will not honor the certificate and there is no refund to my client..
I don't have the heart to tell my client that she got ripped off..
The food and the service was amazing and the French Onion Soup is the best I've ever had..
I will continue to dine there, but wish the management would have handled this differently..
I am also excited about the new facelift they are doing to the exterior..
