Being away from San Francisco, where we’re spoiled with so many amazing 5-star restaurants, Aquamarina made us feel right at home! Every dish we had was absolutely delicious, and the wine pairing was perfecto! Our wonderful waitress, Anna, took great care of us throughout the evening and made the experience even more special. After experiencing the heavier, starchier pasta dishes throughout Rome, Aquamarina was a refreshing change. It was the perfect place for an exceptional meal without feeling weighed down. I had an unforgettable dining experience at Aquamarina during my solo trip to Rome. Traveling alone can sometimes feel lonely, but the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. Julian, Magdalena, and the entire team were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my meal. The gnocchi was absolutely amazing—one of the best dishes I had during my entire trip in Italy. It was rich, comforting, and perfectly cooked. The dessert was also delicious, and the wine recommendation paired beautifully with the meal. What made this place truly special wasn’t just the food, but the kindness of everyone working there.
