Recommended by fellow travelers...but...very disappointing...there were six of us...the first thing that went wrong was that only two people had their orders taken...after 10 minutes, the rest of the group could make their requests...the food was of such a bad quality that I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone...the food didn't arrive all at once...but arrived at intervals of many minutes...my daughter didn't get her own plate...she was told her food was on someone else's plate, and she had to take it from there...after half an hour, I went to ask...where was my food...'Sorry, we don't have that meat anymore' By then, everyone had already finished their food... 'Would you like to order something else?' Well, no, thank you...what a terrible place...they don't speak English...in a cosmopolitan city like Tokyo...your customers expect quality, and you didn't deliver that...on several fronts.
