Huge shout-out and thank you to the Colonel from Dano's Diner for going way above and beyond last week! I've been wanting to try something from their burger lunch menu after our first visit there for breakfast a few weeks back. I ordered through GrubHub and waited the 30-45 minutes anticipated delivery time. After 45 minutes, I got a call from GrubHub support that my order was cancelled and refunded because someone stole my order. Although disappointed, I went on with my day and would try again another time. A few minutes later, I got a call from Dano's. It was the Colonel calling to apologize for the situation, remade my burger and delivered it to my house himself! Thank you again for great customer service and taking care of your customers!
