Worst welcome and service ever. They do not know how to communicate and may refuse to serve you if you do not sit a table their liking. Bad management. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The waitress was very unfriendly and condescending. We left before we ordered anything because you HAVE to order something to eat and you can't just order something to drink... I've never heard such nonsense before. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been to Pearl Alley a few times and always have a great time! The view is incredible, the drinks are creative and fun and the service is always fast and friendly! I usually bring people from out of town here because the location and atmosphere are unbeatable. Last time, my experience was especially good because Shay, my server, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I'm allergic to pineapple, so it's sometimes difficult to order drinks, and he was very mindful about cross contamination. Highly recommend, and I will return often!
