We stopped at Sumerlin Outlets to try the pizza at Dante's Coal Fired Kitchen. My husband and I ordered the eggplant appetizer (2 eggplant rolatinis). The sauce was so salty. The eggplant was over fried and cold. We both had personal pizzas. Both pizzas were served cold. The mozzarella cheese on both pizzas should have been melted much longer, so with one bite the cheese came off the entire slice. One star is for atmosphere and decor only.
