If you want to try authentic Balinese food then Dapur Raja is a MUST - not only are the dishes truly Balinese but they are high quality versions. Every tourist (& local) will be dining at this hidden gem soon, as I haven't found anywhere else in Ubud that has such a great Balinese tasting menu.
