Hello, We are very surprised by this review, as our riad has been closed to the public for nearly two months due to renovation works. Therefore, no guests have stayed at the property during this period. The statements made in this review do not reflect the reality of our establishment or its current situation. We always take hygiene, comfort, and service quality very seriously, which is precisely why we decided to undertake major renovation works to further improve the experience of our future guests. Furthermore, we have noticed several similar and malicious reviews published recently, particularly among the last three reviews received, which strongly suggests an intention to harm our establishment by one or more ill-intentioned individuals. We kindly invite the author of this review to contact us directly and provide proof of stay so that we may clarify the situation, as we have been unable to identify any corresponding reservation in our records. Hello, once again, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the temporary and unexpected closure of the establishment due to renovations, and we fully understand that this situation may have caused frustration and disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that our team reacted immediately upon being informed that you were on your way to the riad. An alternative accommodation solution was arranged in less than 30 minutes so as not to leave you without assistance. While we understand that the proposed establishment did not meet your personal expectations, it was selected within the same budget as your initial booking, with the aim of providing you with a quick solution in these exceptional circumstances. After checking with the establishment in question, we have also received confirmation that you ultimately did not arrive. We would also like to clarify that the timeline and certain elements mentioned in your review do not fully reflect the exchanges and efforts made by our team throughout the process to assist you and your companions. While we understand the inconvenience caused by this exceptional closure and acknowledge that earlier communication would have been preferable, we regret the insulting and disrespectful remarks directed at our team and our profession. Despite this difficult situation, our staff remained available, calm, and respectful throughout all interactions. We are proud to welcome travelers from around the world and strive every day to represent hospitality with professionalism and care.
