Living in Fes for a long time, Dar Roumana has always been on my pocket list. This year I chose to spend New Year's Eve here. We had a great dining and celebration experience. The dining environment was in a traditional Moroccan building, the atmosphere was elegant, and the food and The quality of the drinks is above the standard, and the six-course New Year's Eve meal is just right. The service is probably one of the best and professional we have seen in Morocco for so long. It is a place that I would recommend to friends to dine. The location is a bit out of the way. A few, but well worth the meal. They also provide porter pick-up and drop-off. Whether they call or email to inquire about reservations and details beforehand, they are very efficient and patient in responding. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We ate at the restaurant, didn’t stay at the hotel. Dinner was outstanding: fish and steak cooked to perfection. Delicious dessert. Attentive service, without being overbearing. Highly recommend.
