absolutely terrible service to not only me but the customer behind me. its 5/31/24 and at 4:40 pm i went to get a daraman chicken and rice bowl. me and my bf both went in twice because our order was wrong and said it had extra kimchi (i didnt ask for that) and they denied it was wrong. and then at the end they say “its because we ran out of egg, thats why we put extra kimchi”. so we argued back and forth for you to tell me that it was actually because youre out of product? absolutely terrible service by 2 little girls (asian and a white girl, didnt get names) and when i asked if they put no chili like i asked, they said yes. now its 5:23pm and my 60 year old grandma tried her bowl and it was super spicy. never coming back, let me know if you hire better cashiers that can get orders right and maybe i will come back. guy behind me had the same problem. see the repitition here?
