Darbar Kitchen in Santa Rosa was an okay experience overall. It was a buffet, and almost all of the dishes were fairly average. The food was decent and portions were reasonable, but it didn’t particularly stand out compared to other Indian restaurants. Some dishes had good flavor, while others felt like they could have used a bit more seasoning and depth. The atmosphere was comfortable and service was fine, though nothing especially memorable. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're nearby and craving Indian food, but there’s room to make the experience more consistent. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Great air-conditioned interior with good napkins and silverware for change. The food is delicious and plentiful - so much flavor! Good bar and wine selection. Great for vegetarians or meat lovers - their lamb curry is amazing. Great lunch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
