Darchin restaurant is one of the good restaurants in Tehran. I tried the soup, the tandoori chicken and the sour and most importantly the battered kebab. Basically, for me, a restaurant that cooks well is a practical sign of its chef. Also, sour kebab has the same verdict for me. Cinnamon honestly cooks both of these perfectly.
