I think the recent negative review must've been a bot / AI (maybe some jealously going on there). Either way- Darling is an incredible bar with great product and friendly service. I would not be surprised to see them win some major awards next year. As a new establishment, Darling is absolutely crushing it and I am so happy to welcome them in Central Square. Cocktails are refined, balanced and interesting. Clarification techniques assure everything is smooth and refreshing. The enoki bao are things of dreams. Coursing allows for fun conversation between dishes with a date or friend.. Darling team thank you for everything you do! You are a wonderful presence and important place in the Boston cocktail scene :).
